The birth certificate is one of the most important documents, if not the most important, in a person's life. It is the document which identifies your child by his legal name, which establishes his citizenship and which also establishes his filiation, that is to say his belonging to his family.
- Declaration of birth or certificate of delivery within 30 days after delivery by the doctor or the birthing nurse
- Or declaration by the parent or any other person having knowledge of the birth (deadline: 60 days)
- NIC photocopy of parents
- Photocopy of the marriage certificate
- 02 municipal stamps for acts of 400frs
In the case of recognition of a child, the parents appear with two (2) witnesses.
